At that point the officer came into my room and began searching the room and my belongings. I asked everyone standing there if they could smell marijuana, and they all said no. He said there were complaints of marijuana smoke coming from my room. I told him no and that I don’t smoke marijuana. The officer asked if I had a medical marijuana card. So I open the door to find two police officers and about 4 or 5 hotel security guards standing outside my door. The woman on the phone convinced me to open the door by stating it was okay and that they just wanted to talk to me. I then called the front desk to report what was going on. The individual would never say why he was pounding so that made me even more afraid.
At that point I feared for my life and felt someone was trying to do harm to me. As I looked out of the peephole, the individual covered it with his hand so I couldn’t see who was on the other side. I was told to open the door and that Tribal police wanted to talk to me.
On 9/17/18, at approximately 2 am, someone began pounding on my door. A travel agent suggested this place and said she was in the process of planning a trip for a group of seniors. We wanted a quick getaway for the weekend. I came to this resort for the first time on 9/15/18 with a few of my retired nurse colleagues.
